Investigation service agreement

This AGREEMENT is made on this day____________20___

between ____________________________holder of __________passport number________, (hereinafter referred to as the ‘CLIENT’) and ________________________________ holder of _____________passport number___________________ (hereinafter referred to as ‘INVESTIGATOR’)

And hereby agreed as follows:

1)      The CLIENT hereby agrees to explain the matter and give all information about the case of the investigation.  The INVESTIGATOR hereby agrees to start the work from the signing of this Agreement day.

a)      It is hereby agreed that all investigation will be done under the Criminal Code and law of Turkish Republic.

b)      All information and documents which will be given to CLIENT by INVESTIGATOR have to be under the law of Turkish Republic and CLIENT have no rights to require others.

c)      INVESTIGATOR cannot give any information about private life.

d)     It is hereby agreed that all information about the case of investigation have to be confidential and cannot be given to the third part or mass media.

2)      Terms and conditions

3)      Payment

a)      The price of the service is agreed to be_______________

b)      The CLIENT shall to pay to the INVESTIGATOR 50% from agreed price at the date of the signing of present Agreement.

c)      50% shall be paid by CLIENT at the date of delivering background report.

4)      The CLIENT reserves the right to stop the investigation at any time. In this case the amount paid by CLIENT shall be non-returnable.

5)      The parties hereby agree to and undertake to comply with all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Should any of the parties fail to abide by any condition of this Agreement then the defaulting party agrees to compensate the aggrieved party for all damages caused by such breach including legal costs.

6)      It is hereby agreed that law courts of the Turkish Republic shall exercise complete jurisdiction for settling the disputes emanating from this Agreement. The applicable law shall be that of the Turkish Republic.
